President Ian welcomed David Denning back from his trip to Kokoda and noted that we look forward to hearing of his trip later in this meeting.
President Ian reported on the successful visit of our Japanese Exchange student Natsuko who enjoyed her time her immensely.

He then thanked all members who assisted in making this visit a a most successful one.
We have been receiving favourable reports from Mitchell Brown who is currently in Okyama Chuo and we look forward to hearing from him on his return.
Max Carey reported on the Panorama project at Rotary Park toilets.  He will be meeting with a representative from Council, with Neil Hanington, on Tuesday. Alan Small then explained how panorama could be attached to wall.  The Panorama pictures were then displayed on screen to Club members. It is composed of pictures of historical settlings of the Manning Valley.
The Rotary Club of Taree will be sponsoring the Golf Competition at Taree Golf Club this Saturday.  There will be a donation of $200 for prizes.
Bianca Adimari then presided over a financially successful fines session.   Well done Bianca.
